GuruTaxPro – Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Payment Terms and Conditions govern the payment obligations between GuruTaxPro (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) and the customer (“You”, “Your”). By making a purchase, in other words, availing a service from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

  • Bank Transfers (ACH)

  • Zelle Payment ID: zelle@gurutaxpro.com (Payment Screenshot to be shared with us after the payment)

  • Cheque – Write a cheque payable to “GuruTaxPro” and email us the complete image of cheque (Front side and Back side) at pay@gurutaxpro.com OR mail the physical cheque copy to the following address –

3. Payment Terms

  • Due Date: Payment is due upon receipt (up to 24 hours) of the invoice unless otherwise specified

  • Late Payments: Late payments are subject to a 1% late fee per [week/month] overdue

  • Payment Plans: Payment plans are available upon request and subject to approval

4. Currency

All payments must be made in USD

5. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges related to the purchase of our products or services

6. Invoicing

Invoices will be sent electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is important that you notify us of any invoice discrepancies within 9 days of the invoice date 

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy, which can be found here

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 2 days prior to the payment due date to avoid any charges

8. Dispute Resolution

All payment related disputes should be addressed to our billing department at pay@gurutaxpro.com within 5 days of the invoice date

9. Confidentiality

All customer / client payment information provided is confidential and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify the Payment Terms and Conditions at any time. All such changes shall be communicated to you in writing and over the email
